Welcome to Campa Cola. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and partnership programs. By accessing our website or engaging with our franchise/distributorship programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or applying for any Campa Cola partnership program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2 Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Reliance Consumer Products Ltd., the parent company of Campa Cola brand.
  • "Partner" refers to any individual or entity engaged in dealership, franchise, distributorship, or any other business arrangement with Campa Cola.
  • "Website" refers to the Campa Cola franchise and distributorship portal.
  • "Services" refers to all products, support, training, and business opportunities offered by Campa Cola.
  • "Territory" refers to the geographical area assigned to a partner for business operations.

3 Partnership Eligibility

To be eligible for any Campa Cola partnership program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be a citizen or legal resident of India
  • Have no criminal record or pending legal cases related to fraud or financial misconduct
  • Possess valid business registration documents (or be willing to obtain them)
  • Have adequate financial resources as specified for the chosen partnership tier
  • Have suitable premises or storage facilities (where applicable)

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

4 Application Process

All partnership applications are subject to the following process:

  • Submission of complete application form with accurate information
  • Document verification and background checks
  • Location/territory assessment
  • Interview or meeting with regional team (if required)
  • Final approval from authorized personnel

Providing false or misleading information in your application may result in immediate rejection or termination of partnership.

5 Investment and Payments

All investments, security deposits, and payments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Investment amounts vary by partnership tier and are subject to change
  • Security deposits are refundable as per the terms specified in the partnership agreement
  • All payments must be made through official channels only
  • The Company does not accept cash payments for partnership fees
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations

Warning: Beware of fraudulent schemes. Campa Cola never asks for payments through personal accounts, cryptocurrency, or unauthorized agents. Always verify payment details through official channels.

6 Partner Obligations

As a Campa Cola partner, you agree to:

  • Maintain the quality and reputation of Campa Cola products
  • Follow all branding guidelines and marketing standards
  • Achieve minimum sales targets as specified in your agreement
  • Maintain proper storage and handling of products
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm the Campa Cola brand
  • Report any market feedback or issues to the Company promptly
  • Participate in training programs and meetings as required

7 Territory Rights

Territory allocation is subject to the following terms:

  • Territories are assigned based on availability and partner capability
  • Exclusive territories are only granted for specific partnership tiers
  • The Company reserves the right to modify territory boundaries
  • Partners must operate within their designated territory only
  • Cross-territory sales require prior written approval

8 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, and intellectual property related to Campa Cola remain the exclusive property of the Company. Partners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Campa Cola branding solely for authorized business purposes during the partnership period.

Partners must not:

  • Modify or alter any Campa Cola trademarks or logos
  • Use Campa Cola branding for unauthorized purposes
  • Register any domain names or social media handles using Campa Cola name without permission
  • Create derivative works based on Campa Cola intellectual property

9 Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement as per the terms specified therein. The Company may terminate a partnership immediately in cases of:

  • Breach of agreement terms
  • Fraudulent activities or misconduct
  • Failure to meet minimum performance standards
  • Damage to Campa Cola brand reputation
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, all rights to use Campa Cola branding cease immediately, and partners must return all branded materials and equipment.

10 Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your partnership or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you as security deposit or investment.

The Company does not guarantee any specific income, profit, or return on investment. All business projections are estimates only and actual results may vary.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or partnership agreements shall be resolved through:

  • Amicable negotiation between parties
  • Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
  • Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
